Policies
These guidelines are in place to create a smooth and respectful experience while protecting both your time and mine. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and service expectations.
Deposits
A $5 deposit is required for all appointments.
Deposits go toward the total cost of your service.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit will carry over to the new appointment.
If an appointment is canceled or missed, the deposit is forfeited.A new deposit will only be required to book again if an appointment is canceled or marked as a no-show.
Late Arrival Policy
A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
After 10 Minutes With No Communication:
The appointment will be considered a no-call, no-show, and the No-Show Policy will apply.
If You Communicate and Can Still Arrive:
We are happy to honor your appointment if timing allows and it does not affect other scheduled clients.
If the appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled due to lateness, the Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy will apply.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service total.
This amount goes toward your service if rebooked within a reasonable timeframe.
Frequent Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule up to two (2) times within a 30-day period.
After two reschedules in the same month, a 50% non-refundable payment will be required to hold future appointments.
This payment will be applied to your service total but will be forfeited if the appointment is missed.
No-Show Policy
A no-show is defined as missing an appointment without prior communication.
No-call, no-show appointments will result in a 50% charge of the service price.
To book a new appointment after a no-show, a 50% payment of the service total will be required to secure the booking.
Declined Payments:
If the card on file is declined when processing fees, booking access may be paused until the balance is resolved.
Emergency Cancellations
We understand emergencies happen.
Please notify us as soon as possible if an emergency arises.
A one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
